7 out of 8 First Officer Profiles for Thomas Cook are Sabena Flight Academy Graduates !

16/12/2009 - Sabena Flight Academy is proud to announce that Thomas Cook Airlines selected 4 graduates ( for 4 jobs/places available) from our Academy to start their A320 Type-Rating at the end of this month. More than 200 candidates took part in an intensive selection program. The fact that all of the selected candidates graduated at our Sabena Flight Academy emphasizes that airlines trust the quality of our training program and that individuals aspiring to be professional pilots are always one step ahead with us! Not only did we deliver the 4 chosen cadets, but even the shortlist contained 3 other SFA students out of the 4 reserves as well. We are recognized for delivering high-quality cadets. Congratulations to the 4 junior first-officers Gwendolyn, Thierry, Bert and Arthur , and many happy landings !

First worldwide to receive Eclipse 500 (VLJ) Type Rating approval

28/01/2008 - Sabena Airline Training Center (SATC) becomes the first training center worldwide to be able to offer Eclipse 500 type Rating Training. Besides Type Rating Training, we will introduce the Eclipse 500 as part of the ab-initio training package.
